Building / Zoning Permits
The Township is a zoned community and requires building and zoning permits on all construction. Please stop into the Township Building to acquire your permits. You will then be advised to see Construction Code Inspectors, Inc. at (814) 432-2630 for your construction permit. Replacement of roof covering, windows and doors do not require a building permit, all other improvements do require a permit.

Zoning Hearing Board meetings are held on an as-needed basis. The meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. at the Cranberry Township Municipal Building, 3726 State Route 257, Seneca, PA.
